I Have An Issue With Charges

If you have been double charged, charged after you cancelled your trial or similar, please read on. 

Please contact our Support Team describing what happened. Please include your Hub username, email address, payment method and date of the charge..

Please check to see if you paid us directly or subscribed through in-app purchase on iOS or Android.

You can view your iOS subscriptions as follows:

  • Open your Settings app on your iOS device

  • Click on the iTunes & App Store section

  • Click on your Apple ID

  • Click the View My Apple ID Option

  • Click on Subscriptions

  • Click on Fantasy Football Hub subscription

You can view your Android subscriptions as follows:

  • Open your Google Play app

  • Choose Subscriptions from the menu

  • Choose Fantasy Football Hub from the list

If you have subscribed using iOS or Android, you must request a refund from them directly.
