If you're not receiving your OTP, please close your browser tab and open a new one, making sure to accept all cookies on the site (press the big blue cookie that's floating on the screen and accept all).

This should resolve the issue. Just enter your mobile number again, click “Continue”, and you should receive your verification code soon after.

If you're still unable to receive an OTP, please raise a ticket for our support team to investigate.
