How Do I Claim My "Win Your League Or Your Money Back" Refund?

If you're a new paid subscriber this season, we'll refund your subscription if you don't finish top of your nominated FPL mini-league by the end of 2026/27. Here's how it works.

Am I eligible?

• This offer covers new paid subscriptions bought through our website between Friday 24 July 2026 and Friday 18 September 2026, for the 2026/27 season.
• Subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store aren't eligible.
• You must not have held a paid subscription during the 2025/26 season.
• One claim per person, per account.

Nominating your league

• Nominate one FPL mini-league by entering your league ID on the confirmation page shown right after you complete your purchase.
• Missed it? You can still submit your league ID here: fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/funnel-welcome. Nominations sent by email or any other way won't be accepted.
• You'll find your league ID in the URL when viewing your league in the official FPL game.
• Your league must be a classic scoring, invitational league with 100 participants or fewer, and your FPL team must already be a member of it when you nominate it. Head-to-head leagues, cup competitions, and public or global leagues don't qualify.
• You can't change your nominated league after Friday 21 August 2026.

Staying active

Before every gameweek deadline – from your first full gameweek as a paid subscriber through to Gameweek 38 – you need to view your AI Transfer recommendations on the Hub website or app. You don't have to make the change we suggest, you just need to view it. We track this automatically against your account.

Do I qualify for a refund?

You qualify if you meet all of the above and you don't finish 1st in your nominated league's final standings at the end of the 2026/27 season, as shown in the official FPL game.

What do I get back?

We refund what you actually paid for your 2026/27 subscription, to your original payment method, within 30 days of an approved claim.

How do I claim?

• Email support@fantasyfootballhub.co.uk from your FFH registered account email address, with your nominated league code and final league position.
• Claims must be received between Monday 31 May 2027 and 13 July 2027. Claims outside this window won't be accepted.

A couple of things to know

• We verify every claim against official FPL data and our own activity records, and we can decline claims where we reasonably believe the offer has been abused – for example, a league created or populated just to manufacture eligibility.
• Our decision on claims is final.
